Rammer D Series booms are light weight, multipurpose boom which is has been designed to be mounted on a mobile crushing plants and impact crushers to clear blockages and bridging. They feature a low-profile design that maintains the crusher´s low transportation height.
Typical hammers for these booms are 555, 777 or 999 hammers.
Heat treated pins have an increased service life and can be easily removed when replacing the bushings
The light weight design allows the use of smaller carriers without compromising the stability of the carrier.
Jaw crushers are typically used in many medium duty primary crushing applications. Blocakges and/or bridging can seriously effect the production of the entire plant.
When the rock falls into the feeding mouth of the impact crusher, the roller drives the toggled plate at high speed against the rock. The larger material is broken, allowing the smaller pieces to fall to the bottom of the impact crusher. Blocakges and/or bridging within the Impactor can seriously effect the production of the entire plant.
Stationary pedestal booms equipped with breakers are used extensively on crushers for breaking oversized boulders and clearing material for smooth and continuos feed flow.
