The RPV03S Static Pulveriser, is the ideal attachment for secondary demolition. The RPV03S is the perfect tool for crushing reinforced concrete and separating the rebar from the aggregate.

RPV03S
Features
-
Bolt on cutting blades
Field replaceable and ajustable cutter blades minimize downtime and signifantly increase the working life of wear
-
Hydraulic cylinder shielding
The cylinders are fully protected throughout the working cycle. Increasing durability and extending service intervals.
-
Grated jaw design
The fixed jaw allows crushed material to pass through increasing productivity
-
Heat treated pins and bushings
Hardened parts are more wear resistant, extending their working life and lowering owning and operating costs
-
Manufactured from HB400 steel
Highly resistant material to work on concrete
Applications
-
Primary Demolition
Hydraulic excavators have largely replaced cranes with wrecking balls, enabling demolition to be carried out in a much more controlled and efficient manner.
-
Rubble preparation
You can increase crusher capacity by up to 50% through good preparation of the input material. The maximum size should be about 80% of the crusher inlet opening.
-
Rebar
rebar used extensivily in the construction industry to re-enforce concrete, as is designed to carry the tensile load.
