Features & Applications

  • Features

    • Hydraulic rotation with protection valve
The protected 360° rotation system enables precise tool positioning and improved control on site. Equipped with a shock valve, it limits forces applied to the structure and eliminates pressure spikes, helping to extend the service life of both the attachment and the carrier.
    • Speed valve
The integrated speed valve shortens working cycles, helping to improve productivity and overall efficiency.
    • Upside-Down cylinder with protective cover
The upside-down cylinder design provides complete cylinder protection, while hydraulic connections are routed through the piston rod. This minimizes exposed components, reduces the risk of damage and helps lower downtime. The cylinders deliver high force and long service life.
    • Manufactured from HARDOX steel
Manufactured from wear-resistant HARDOX steel, the multiprocessor is designed to withstand demanding demolition applications and abrasive materials.
    • Interchangeable jaw kits
Interchangeable jaw kits allow the attachment to be quickly adapted for crushing, pulverizing, cutting or sorting applications, maximizing versatility and reducing the need for multiple attachments.
    • Field replaceable symmetrical cutter blades
Field replaceable and adjustable symmetrical cutter blades minimize downtime and help extend the service life of wear parts.
    • Field replaceable crushing teeth
Field replaceable crushing teeth eliminate the need for welding, reducing maintenance time and simplifying service operations.
    • Crusher jaw
Designed for efficient concrete crushing and material separation. Features similar to the Rammer RCC Crusher range.
    • Pulverizer jaw
Designed for secondary demolition and concrete recycling applications. Features similar to the Rammer RPV Pulverizer range.
    • Shear jaw
Designed for efficient steel cutting and scrap processing. Features similar to the Rammer RSS Shear range.
    • Combi jaw
Long V-shaped cutting blades combined with field-replaceable cutting teeth make the combi jaw well suited for demolition and sorting applications. An excellent choice for primary demolition and long-front demolition applications.
  • Applications

    • Primary demolition
Demolition of standing buildings and structures.
    • Secondary demolition
Demolition of larger pieces on the ground (size reduction, separation and preliminary sorting tasks)
    • Recycling
Re-using parts or material which has been extracted from existing buildings or structures. Recyclng of products: Re-use of material or parts as such Recycling of material: Re-use of material for other purposes
