E01

Rammer E01 is the smallest compact model hydraulic hammer, suited for carriers in the 0.4 to 2.8 ton range.

Despite the small size, E01 packs the power of Rammer so you can enjoy piece of mind and smooth flow of operations in various applications. Featuring CBE operating principle and membrane accumulator, E01 is easy to maintain and install to different carriers. Compact, right size for the job ensures higher productivity and optimized fuel consumption. Modular body design structure enables versatile use through the whole lifecycle, and optional features including wear plates for cast body protection, RD Guard and automatic greasing device further enhance durability.

Features
- Low pressure accumulator
  This accumulator accelerates the piston at constant energy (CBE).
- Flange mounting
  The Flange mounting design allows for the use of existing mounting plates, as well as carrier and application specific customization.
- CBE (Constant Blow Energy)
  Optimum impact energy for every stroke, ensuring 100% constant power and productivity
- Light weight
  The light weight design allows the use of smaller carriers without compromising the stability of the carrier.
- Idle blow protector
  The Idle Blow Protection (IBP) ensures the hammer cannot be operated until pressure is placed on tool. This eliminates tie rod stress, reduces oil overheating and protects against premature failures.
- No tie rods
  A smart design without tie rods allows for ideal guidance of the piston and optimal alignment of the tool. Fast, safe and easy to maintain without the need for special tools.
- Single part tool bushing retained with shared tool pin
  The one-piece quick-change tool bushing inludes a thrust ring, the upper and the lower tool bushing into one component. This quick-change tool bushing can easily be replaced on site, making maintenance easier, faster and safer.
- Fast-change tool system
  Quick and safe tool change system transverse to the hammer. No need to reach under the hammer during tool change.
Applications
- Primary demolition
  Demolition of standing buildings and structures.
- Trenching
  Trenching is a form of primary breaking in which a narrow trench is excavated especially for laying pipes, cables or for installing drainage
- Secondary demolition
  Demolition of larger pieces on the ground (size reduction, separation and preliminary sorting tasks)
- Recycling

- Cutting of asphalt or frozen ground
  The RAMMER "Spade tool" was specially developed for cutting of asphalt or frozen ground in road construction or infrastructure.
- Landscaping
  Gardening, graveyard and landscaping applications, hard ground and removal of smaller boulders, concrete fundaments or similar.
- Ground Compacting
  With special compacting plate tool.
- Underwater breaking
  Underwater breaking, be it primary breaking and/or demolition is a specialized application, in which material is broken and removed by equipment which is partly or fully submerged.
