SAM® collects and organizes equipment data to give you clear visibility into your fleet, usage and maintenance needs. Through both a web browser and the SAM App, SAM makes it easy to monitor equipment, manage alerts and support day-to-day operations – whether you are on site, in the office or on the move.
SAM® provides a fleet-level overview of both connected and non-connected equipment. You can view key hammer and equipment information, see when units were last connected, and manage the entire fleet from one centralized view.
SAM® automatically collects usage data during operation. This includes operating hours and usage patterns, giving clear visibility into how equipment is being used over time.
SAM® uses smart alerts to detect abnormal or incorrect equipment use. Misuse monitoring, geofencing and service reminders help you stay informed and act early. Geofencing alerts you if equipment moves outside your predefined perimeter.
By using operating data, SAM® enables more informed service planning and helps identify upcoming maintenance needs. Service activities can be planned proactively, and service history is stored for easy reference and follow-up.
SAM® allows users to add notes and annotations directly to equipment. Important observations, service-related comments and other key information can be documented and shared, creating a clear and transparent equipment history.
Users can configure alerts based on their needs and receive notifications via the SAM App, email or mobile device, ensuring critical information is delivered in the right place at the right time.
SAM® is available both via a web browser and the SAM App, giving you flexible access to your equipment data wherever you are.
SAM Web provides a full overview and deeper insights, supporting analysis, reporting and data-driven decision-making. The SAM App is designed for on-the-go use, giving quick access to key equipment data, alarms, manuals and inspection reports – right from your smartphone or tablet.
